FOR BOOKINGS VIA EXTERNAL BOOKING SITES, THEIR CANCELLATION RULES APPLY). THESE CANCELLATION RULES APPLY TO BOOKINGS WITH ARRIVALS UNTIL 31/3 2021 (FOR OUR PACKAGES THERE ARE OTHER CANCELLATION RULES).
Instructions for those who visit us
We ask our guests to wash their hands thoroughly and often, we have also equipped public areas with hand disinfection and disposable towels. We ask all our guests to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters to other guests and staff. If you need to sneeze even though you feel completely healthy: do it in the armpit or in a paper handkerchief which you then throw away immediately. And of course we expect you to check in with us only if you feel completely healthy. We also expect you to stay at home if you have met someone who has been diagnosed with corona / covid-19 in the last 14 days.
Common areas at Strandflickornas Havshotell, The Yellow villa & Villa Strand
In the toilets and in our public areas there are containers for disinfection in addition to soap. We provide torky paper and disposable towels instead of regular towels.
We disinfect handles, knobs, flush buttons, switches, table tops, etc. frequently in all public areas (surfaces) and staff rooms. We also have signs posted on how to act and markings on the floor that show how close to others you can stand.
Our hotel rooms
After each check-out, we have introduced new cleaning routines; we disinfect handles, knobs, flush buttons, switches, etc. The toilet is disinfected and clinically cleaned.
We set up our buffet as usual, and have disinfection easily available in several places and ask everyone to pick the food from the buffet with their own cutlery. At check-in, you reserve your breakfast start time. At each given time, we receive a maximum of 10 guests so that you do not get too close to each other. Each session is limited in time. In this way we avoid staying for many guests in the breakfast room at the same time. If you would rather bring breakfast to eat in your room, there are trays available. We also make breakfast bags for the guests who feel safer with this – we ask our guests to pre-book these breakfast bags no later than 00,00 pm one day in advance.
We ask all our guests to apply the following rules;
Wash your hands thoroughly (at least 20 sec) with soap & then rinse with water and dry with paper before sitting down at the table. There is also disinfection in the dining room we ask you to use.
Our staff keep a distance of at least 1,5 meter to our guests and colleagues as far as possible. We ask our guests to do the same.
We have minimized the number of seats in our restaurant so that all tables are at least 1 meter away from other tables. Therefore, we have several sessions on the dates this is needed. Normal sitting time is max 2 h 15 min. According to the government’s latest restrictions, we now allow a maximum of 4 people per table. We take the last order at 20.00 and the restaurant must be vacated no later than 20.30.
We ask you to pay via swish if possible if you are a guest in our restaurant that don´t stay at the hotel. If you are a resident guest, we ask you to put up the order at Your room and pay at check-out. If you as a resident guest feel insecure eating in our restaurant, you are welcome to bring your food on a tray to your room.
