Rooms for dogs

There’s no need for your pooch to stay at home when it’s time for a West Coast getaway. Pack the lead, their favourite blanket and a pair of comfortable shoes, and make your way to Lysekil – where salty sea breezes, rocky shores, the sea and miles of lovely walks await right outside the door.

With our dog package, we’ve added a few extra touches for both two- and four-legged guests. The dogfee is included, so your pooch can check in with you, and before the day’s adventures begin, we’ll prepare a tasty packed lunch for their human to take along on the walk.

Head for the red granite rocks of Stångehuvud, follow the Västerhavspromenaden or find your very own favourite spot where your packed lunch tastes even better and there are plenty of exciting scents for curious noses to explore. Then simply make your way back to us with rosy cheeks, tired paws and, hopefully, one very happy dog.

Good to know when bringing your dog
To make sure both our two- and four-legged guests enjoy their stay, we kindly ask you to keep your dog on a lead at all times on our premises.

At Strandvillan, dogs are welcome in the dining room with self-catering kitchen on the lower-ground floor, but not in our breakfast dining room on the ground floor.

At Havshotellet, your pooch is very welcome to join you in our garden restaurant, but dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant.

Your dog may relax alone in the room for a short while, but should not be left unattended for longer periods.

We’ll treat your dog to a little welcome snack, and food and water bowls as well as a dog bed are available subject to availability.
