Nordens Arks purpose is to preserve endangered animals and biological diversity. The park is located in the beautiful Åbyfjorden 30 minutes dribe from Lysekil and Strandflickorna.
Nordens Ark work is to give endangered animals a future. The animal park is open year round. In the wild park you find wild animals such as; Amur tiger, pallas cat, wolfs, birds and more amphibians. On the farm there is nordic farm animals and during the summer it is possible to get close and pet them.
The fences are built for the animals best interest and so you can get out as much as possible from the visit. So we recommend that you equip yourself with binoculars and good patience. There is animals there but some times can be kamouflaged and hard to see.
We work with nature conservation and training to help spread knowledge about biological diversity. A big part of the business is placed in Sweden and abroad.
